TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERING:  C.O.D.,  Cash prepayment with order or authorized Visa/Mastercard.  Complete  cars, chassis, or special orders require a 50% deposit at the time the  order is placed.  Deposits are non-refundable for custom work.   Special order components are subject to additional incoming freight  charges.  Items picked up at our facility must have any balance paid  in full by cash.  Any items remaining in our possession for thirty  days after completion are subject to forfeiture and storage charges.

WARRANTY: There is no  warranty stated or implied due to unusual stresses placed on race cars and  components and because we have no control over how they are maintained,  installed, or used.  Steve Bruce Race Cars assumes no responsibility  or liability for any personal injury or loss resulting from the use of  these products due to the hazards involved with racing.

CLAIMS: Inspect your order upon  receipt.  Claims for damages, open or concealed, must be made to the  delivery company.  Bring any damage to the attention of the delivery  person and make a written notice.  Claims for shortages or incorrect  items must be made to Steve Bruce Race Cars upon receipt.

RETURNS: Merchandise must be  returned in new, undamaged condition.  Items must be properly  packaged and shipped with freight prepaid.  No returns on special  order or custom order items. A 15% restocking charge applies on all  returns.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: We know our  customers demand quality and take pride in making sure every customer is  satisfied with our finished products.  If you are not completely  satisfied with our craftsmanship, neither are we.
